What you'll do

• Develop and maintain business banking relationships
• identify opportunities involving loans, deposits, treasury management, and other bank services
• support portfolio growth and credit quality
• participate in prospecting, networking, and referral generation
• gather financial information and assist with credit analysis, underwriting support, and loan structure recommendations
• monitor relationships for risk concerns
• partner with internal departments
• maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations
• and build business banking and credit knowledge.
