What you'll do

• Drive refrigerated trucks on routes within a 400-mile radius of Indianapolis
• deliver palletized freight to grocery warehouses and retail chains
• complete routes with 3–10 stops per day
• use a manual pallet jack and perform some pallet breakdown and hand unloading
• adapt to route changes
• meet DOT requirements and operate assigned equipment safely.

Why this role

Base rate is $29 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and scheduled annual increases; loyalty performance bonuses are available. Schedule dispatches Monday through Saturday, typically 5–6 days per week, with starts between midnight and 5 a.m. and workdays typically 12–14 hours. Drivers are out two overnights weekly and home multiple days each week. CDL A, air-brake endorsement, and 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience required.
