What you'll do

• Serve as the Workday subject matter expert for Time Tracking, Absence, Leave, and Scheduling
• configure and maintain business processes, eligibility rules, time calculations, accruals, and schedules
• gather requirements and implement enhancements with HR, Payroll, and business teams
• support migration from ADP Time & Attendance
• troubleshoot configuration and functional issues
• develop reports and dashboards
• conduct impact assessments, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
• document configurations and changes
• provide production support and recommend process improvements.
