What you'll do

• Lead crews fabricating and installing living walls, custom planters, waterproofing, irrigation, structural frameworks, and planting systems
• direct jobsite operations and maintain schedule, quality, safety, and communication
• oversee and perform finish carpentry, layout, fabrication, and installation
• coordinate with project managers, designers, fabricators, subcontractors, and clients
• lead warehouse fabrication and quality assurance
• oversee construction equipment use
• train and mentor crews
• identify field challenges and guide solutions.
