Operations Manager, Refurbishment Account

The Operations Manager, Refurbishment Account role is onsite in Coppell, TX, with pay of $37.10–$37.20 per hour. The role manages a refurbishment business account within a Mobile Production Center and interacts with internal and external customers. The manager tracks account performance and daily operations, helping ensure returned products are refurbished in line with production volume and carrier demand. The role also supports inventory accuracy, material availability, and operational efficiency through reporting and improvement work.

What you'll do

• Track KPIs, forecasts, return volume, and production progress
• update databases and report KPIs to management
• ensure returned products are repaired and refurbished to meet production volume and carrier demand
• ensure materials and parts are available
• identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities
• review receiving rejects and inventory movement
• reconcile physical inventory with system data
• follow up on daily account operations and issues.
