What you'll do

• Welcome guests during late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs
• respond to questions and concerns
• process reservations, room assignments, and payments
• complete nightly audits and reconcile accounts
• prepare reports and audit paperwork
• post room charges, taxes, and fees
• identify billing discrepancies
• monitor hotel safety and security
• maintain room inventory and reservation information
• assist with emergency procedures and guest needs
• keep the front desk and lobby organized
• secure equipment, keys, supplies, and lost-and-found items
• communicate with departments and management.
