What you'll do

• Welcome exhibitors and customers at the service desk, by phone, and by email
• process internet and telecommunications service orders, quotes, and payments
• answer service and billing questions and recommend relevant services
• maintain customer and order records
• coordinate service delivery with operations and technical teams
• support customer service during games, concerts, conventions, and other events.
