Registered Nurse (RN) Evening Supervisor

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the department head to train staff on policies and procedures
• serve as lead RN supervisor for process, supply, and team needs
• review daily resident assignments
• give and receive nursing reports
• collaborate with the Care Plan Coordinator on nursing care plans
• assist with orientation and on-the-job training
• participate in disciplinary processes and document concerns for nursing assistants.
