What you'll do

• Administer proficiency testing programs
• review proficiency testing and quality control data
• identify trends and track corrective and preventive actions
• conduct internal audits
• support regulatory inspections
• investigate nonconforming events and determine root causes
• maintain quality management documentation
• analyze quality indicators and prepare reports
• support method validation and verification
• use approved AI and automation tools to improve quality workflows
• collaborate with laboratory leadership, technical staff, IT, and clinical systems teams
• train and coach laboratory staff
• travel occasionally to other Interpath locations.
