Social Services Manager

The Social Services Manager works onsite in Belding, Michigan, for $21.10–$35.85 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess residents’ psychosocial needs and develop service goals
• participate in admissions and care planning
• support residents’ adjustment and family and community relationships
• connect residents and families with community resources
• maintain confidential records
• supervise social work interns
• assist with staff development and education
• lead discharge planning
• coordinate with psychiatric providers and OBRA
• support resident room management and grievance resolution
• advocate for resident rights
• provide social work consultations and diagnostic recommendations as requested.
