What you'll do

• Process cash, credit card, and other transactions
• maintain the cash drawer and tickets
• prepare cash-control and summary sheets
• report overages and shortages
• reconcile receipts, cash, and charges
• perform revenue drops and secure funds. Greet and assist guests, answer parking questions, resolve or escalate complaints, issue or collect tickets, and help guests enter or exit. Keep the booth and surrounding area clean, orderly, and safe
• report incidents and safety concerns
• follow company procedures and standards.
