The Prep Cook role is an onsite position in Los Angeles, CA, paying $19–$21 per hour. The role supports the STK kitchen team in preparing ingredients and executing its menu. The position exists to ensure ingredients and prep stations are ready for service, helping chefs and line cooks maintain kitchen flow, food quality, and sanitation standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare and portion ingredients, proteins, sauces, and garnishes to recipe specifications
• wash, peel, chop, and cut produce
• assist with meat and fish preparation as needed
• label, store, and rotate food
• stock and organize the prep station
• complete mise en place
• follow sanitation and health requirements.
