Service Technician — Industrial Pelletizing Equipment

What you'll do

• Conduct lab trials and process tests
• prepare, monitor, and document test runs and performance data
• set up, calibrate, start, and verify equipment
• perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
• provide remote diagnostics
• coordinate customer service calls, installations, upgrades, maintenance, and training
• analyze process data and recommend improvements
• lead root-cause analysis
• mentor technical and sales teams
• manage spare-parts preparation and logistics
• complete service reports and technical documentation
• maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards.
