The role supports compliance with food safety requirements and continuous improvement across production processes.

What you'll do

• Lead and support QA associates in daily inspection and testing
• ensure production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
• conduct line checks, product audits, and corrective action reviews
• train and coach team members on quality procedures and documentation
• collaborate with production and sanitation teams to resolve quality issues
• maintain quality records and compliance documentation
• support continuous improvement initiatives.
