The Direct Support Professional — RISE Day Program role is onsite in Bristol, CT, with pay of $19.15–$19.65 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., for 30 hours. Bristol Adult Resource Center supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential, vocational, recreation, and day support services. The role helps participants pursue personal growth, independence, and daily goals through personal care, transportation, medication support, and participation in community and social activities. Applicants without experience are encouraged to apply, and training is provided.

What you'll do

• Support individuals with learning new skills, independence, and personal goals
• provide personal care
• transport individuals to and from programs and activities
• administer medications and treatments according to guidelines and document accurately
• maintain a safe, respectful environment
• record daily activities confidentially
• maintain required certifications and training.
