Working with executive, division, and administrative leaders, the role connects organizational capabilities and resources to regional opportunities and supports long-term business and employee growth.

What you'll do

• Partner with executive, division, and administrative leaders to translate strategic priorities into regional action and annual business plans.
• Identify market opportunities and share regional insights.
• Build client, partner, and industry relationships and connect clients with TKDA’s services.
• Strengthen collaboration across divisions and regions, support project teams as appropriate, champion regional talent needs, and mentor employees and emerging leaders.
