What you'll do

• Step into acquired businesses as an interim Controller, typically for approximately 90 days, to assess and stabilize accounting functions. Own the general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting schedules
• resolve historical accounting issues
• establish processes, controls, and reporting routines
• and support accounting-system cleanup, implementation, migration, or integration. Assess accounting personnel, support the search for a permanent Controller, and transition responsibilities to that hire before moving to the next assignment.
