Operations Supervisor (Paramedic)

The Operations Supervisor (Paramedic) role is onsite in Jonesboro, AR, with occasional travel to Medic One stations in Arkansas and Missouri. Pay is $32–$35 per hour. The supervisor partners with the Operations Manager to support field operations, patient care, and assigned transports. What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for crews during shifts
• address personnel, operational, and resource issues
• support crews with supplies and response challenges
• mentor EMS staff and provide performance feedback
• respond to emergencies or scheduled calls for support
• coordinate with the Medical Communications Center on response times and call prioritization
• track and resolve incomplete patient care records
• troubleshoot common device and equipment issues.
