What you'll do

• Create, maintain, and communicate project timelines
• monitor project status and adjust schedules as priorities change
• facilitate work-in-progress check-ins
• share workload updates and flag capacity or timing risks
• coordinate with project management, strategy, and operations
• support production requests and vendor follow-up
• maintain workflow tools, project information, templates, and shared resources
• schedule process meetings and track follow-up items.
