What you'll do

• Manage recruiting and onboarding for delivery contractors and commercial drivers
• source, screen, interview, and assess candidates
• coordinate onboarding documentation, background checks, DOT/FMCSA requirements, vehicle qualification, and system access
• assign mentor drivers
• conduct post-onboarding follow-up
• maintain ATS data and recruiting reports
• identify process bottlenecks
• support the Lease-to-Own program and driver referral program.
