Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is an in-person position supporting members in their homes and communities in Salem, MA. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. Loved Ones Care provides Adult Foster Care, Group Adult Foster Care, Personal Care, and Homemaking services to help members remain safe and independent. The aide provides person-centered daily living and homemaking support according to each member’s care plan, while observing and reporting changes and documenting visits. The work helps members maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in familiar surroundings.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, mobility, transfers, and toileting
• provide homemaking, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and authorized errands
• offer companionship and reminders
• observe and report changes in condition
• complete visit notes and Electronic Visit Verification documentation
• follow care plans, privacy requirements, and safety procedures
• and collaborate with members, families, caregivers, nurses, supervisors, and care coordinators.
