What you'll do

• Lead new team member orientation
• oversee staff education and ongoing training
• coordinate the annual education calendar
• serve as a CPR instructor and manage staff certifications
• lead quarterly QAPI initiatives
• facilitate restorative nursing programs and meetings
• support tele-psych
• monitor staff compliance with TB testing and education requirements
• assist with policy development and process improvement.
