What you'll do

• Drive company vehicles safely to customer sites
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing equipment
• resolve customer issues and recommend solutions
• conduct service visits, demonstrate safe equipment use, and restock products
• negotiate service-agreement renewals and price increases
• upsell and cross-sell products
• provide emergency on-call service in a rotation every four to five weeks
• stay overnight on route four days per month.
