The Assistant Construction Manager – Owner’s Representative, Data Center Construction role is onsite in Shippingport, PA. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000 per year. The role supports construction activities for mission-critical facilities on a data center campus. The assistant construction manager provides owner-side oversight and coordination across construction, schedule, cost, equipment, commissioning, and project documentation. The work helps maintain project controls, align stakeholders, and support delivery and operational readiness of the facilities.

What you'll do

• Lead daily onsite oversight of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work
• review construction schedules and forecasts
• coordinate schedule meetings
• manage owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment logistics and tracking
• coordinate commissioning and owner-directed vendor schedules
• review buyout, value engineering, change orders, and pay applications
• conduct site walks
• track progress and report risks
• manage project documentation, permitting, inspections, and closeout.
