The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal role is onsite in Hampton, VA, with pay of $28–$30 per hour. The position supports Rutter Mills' trial attorneys in personal injury litigation and trial preparation.

What you'll do

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
• review medical records, billing, and liens and assist with lien-reduction negotiations. Coordinate depositions, mediations, and settlement packages
• support trial preparation, exhibits, witnesses, and courtroom logistics
• communicate with clients, courts, providers, and opposing counsel
• follow Virginia court rules and e-filing requirements.
