What you'll do

• Interview customers to assess service needs and explore employment or training options
• coach customers on presenting themselves to employers
• develop and update employment plans
• refer customers to jobs, training, and education
• coordinate service providers
• maintain case notes and files
• provide ongoing employment and retention support
• visit customer, training, or employment sites.
