What you'll do
- Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
- Perform ProCare visits to conduct proactive maintenance and repairs.
- Educate residents on home systems and maintenance expectations.
- Perform repairs in vacant properties during the turn process.
