Senior Account Executive Lead — Commercial Insurance

Compensation is $125,000–$160,000 per year. The Senior Account Executive Lead — Commercial Insurance role is onsite four days per week in San Mateo, CA. As the first dedicated servicing hire, the lead owns mid-market commercial account relationships and builds the servicing function. The role manages renewals and day-to-day account needs, improves workflows with engineering, and helps scale client service and the account-executive team.

What you'll do

• Manage ongoing mid-market commercial insurance relationships, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and compliance questions
• support sales-to-onboarding transitions
• partner with engineering on AI and automation workflows
• build servicing standards and playbooks
• identify bottlenecks and product improvements
• help scale the client book
• hire and mentor account executives.
