Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The Lead Pre-K 3 Teacher role is an onsite position located in Pearland, TX. , with a pay range of 14.00-16.00 USD per hour. This role supports the early childhood education team at My Great Beginnings Learning Center. The role exists to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of three-year-old children. The teacher will design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and build strong partnerships with families to ensure each child thrives.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute a play-based curriculum, develop engaging learning experiences, assess and document developmental progress, maintain communication with families, manage classroom dynamics, and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
