What you'll do

• Set up and break down event tables, chairs, buffets, concessions stations, and décor
• serve food and beverages
• present menu items and answer guest questions
• coordinate with kitchen staff
• garnish and decorate dishes and buffets
• maintain clean service areas
• adapt to changing event needs.
