Vice President of Operations — Garage Installation

• Lead installation and field operations
• manage install managers, crew leads, and subcontractors
• plan scheduling and capacity
• manage vendors, purchasing, warehousing, and fleet
• track installation quality and customer satisfaction
• own operations P&L
• recruit and develop team members and use operational systems and data.
