Part-Time Discovery Center & Design Gallery Coordinator

Job overview

The Part-Time Discovery Center & Design Gallery Coordinator works onsite in Estero, FL, four days a week; compensation is not specified. The role supports Neal Communities’ Sales & Design Center and its homebuyers. This position provides front-desk and sales support, helping buyers navigate design options and appointments while keeping the center and model homes ready for visitors. It also assists Design Consultants and supports the center’s daily administrative and operational needs.

What you'll do

• Answer phones, direct visitors, greet buyers, register new homebuyers, process mail and packages, conduct Design Gallery tours and home reviews, schedule appointments, assist with reselections and change orders, support Design Consultants, open models, maintain model and Discovery Center appearance, report facility issues, coordinate event RSVPs and food orders, manage supplies and community reports, maintain the UP system and calendar, audit websites and interactive screens, set up the TV loop, organize plans, type letters, make copies, and conduct research.
