What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• complete activity, incident, and shift reports. A valid driver’s license is required.
