POD Test Engineer

The POD Test Engineer role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Support daily POD operations and test-station uptime
• monitor throughput, cycle time, and first-pass yield
• provide technical support for validation processes
• maintain test systems, racks, fixtures, and infrastructure
• analyze test failures and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues
• drive corrective and preventive actions
• develop automation for reporting, monitoring, and diagnostics
• support NPI builds and manufacturing ramp
• validate test procedures, software releases, fixtures, and station configurations
• maintain procedures and reports
• track performance metrics
• train technicians and junior engineers
• support shift handovers and escalations.
