What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and manage dietary department operations and programs
• coordinate services with nursing, activities, housekeeping, and other departments
• develop and maintain written policies and procedures
• complete administrative reports and evaluations
• assist with budget planning
• develop corrective plans for deficiencies
• determine staffing needs and assign personnel
• conduct evaluations and staff meetings
• ensure training, resident-rights awareness, and safe food preparation practices.
