What you'll do

• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications
• prepare cost estimates for structural steel stairs, rails, and miscellaneous steel products
• use Bluebeam, Tekla EPM, and Microsoft Office
• collaborate with project managers, engineers, detailers, and architects
• solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• identify cost efficiencies and value-engineering opportunities
• maintain estimate and bid documentation
• and support division growth with timely estimates.
