What you'll do

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs
• remove locks when necessary and assist with delinquency lock processes as needed
• manage weed control, property cleaning, and curb appeal
• clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris for disposal when necessary
• evaluate property conditions
• coordinate with vendors
• communicate concerns and project updates
• assist with auction preparation when needed
• provide personal tools, equipment, transportation, and work materials.
