Permanent Supportive Housing Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the Permanent Supportive Housing program and lead its supportive services team
• receive referrals, interview applicants, show available properties, facilitate lease signing and intake, and maintain the waiting list
• supervise and train PSH Coordinators in recovery-oriented, trauma-informed practices
• oversee recovery plans, case management, service coordination, documentation, accreditation and funding requirements
• coordinate property-management functions
• maintain client files and housing data
• support policies, staff supervision, and community relationships
• participate in the on-call rotation.
