Manufacturing Engineer – Beverage Production

What you'll do

• Lead continuous-improvement projects across bottling, canning, and packaging
• analyze line performance and identify constraints
• troubleshoot and optimize production and packaging equipment
• improve changeovers
• develop equipment settings and process controls
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• support equipment upgrades and capital projects
• partner with Maintenance on reliability and preventive maintenance
• resolve packaging defects with Quality and Operations
• create SOPs and training materials
• apply Lean principles
• ensure compliance with food-safety, OSHA, environmental, and company requirements
• provide production-floor support
• track project results and communicate progress.
