What you'll do

• Prepare examination rooms, equipment, and instruments
• identify patients and verify orders
• explain procedures and position patients
• operate imaging equipment according to established procedures and radiation-safety standards
• document patient care
• review examinations for technical accuracy and present completed examinations to physicians
• maintain supplies and clean and disinfect rooms and equipment.
