Desktop Technician

The Desktop Technician role is onsite in Portland, OR. Pay is $40,000–$43,000 per year. The technician supports the Department of the Interior/Indian Affairs user base across enterprise environments. What you'll do

• Provide advanced Tier II/III support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and network connectivity. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• support Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized applications such as GIS or AutoCAD. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in a ticketing system and collaborate with IT teams on escalated issues. Requires at least three years of related technical experience, an associate degree or equivalent, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
