The Operational Technology Cybersecurity Engineer role is onsite in Benson, NC. Compensation is not specified. The engineer secures industrial control systems and manufacturing-floor devices, building protections into the OT environment as it grows. The role partners with Automation, Engineering, and IT teams to strengthen network segmentation, monitoring, incident response, and compliance with applicable security frameworks.

What you'll do

• Design and enforce IT/OT network segmentation
• secure PLCs and other control systems
• manage firewall and access-control policies
• monitor OT assets and industrial protocols
• lead OT control assessment against the NIST SP 800-53 Low-Impact Baseline
• contribute to the SSP and POA&M
• coordinate with compliance and IT security partners
• implement OT monitoring and incident response plans
• integrate security into production lines and upgrades.
