The Field Technician (Mechanic) – Pump, Power & HVAC role is onsite at the Advanced Solutions rental facility in Hubbard, TX, with customer-site work when required. Pay is $25–$60 per hour based on experience. EquipmentShare provides equipment rental and technology-supported services for contractors and communities. The technician maintains and repairs pump, power, and HVAC equipment, using work-order and equipment data to diagnose issues and support customer operations. The role combines shop work with customer-site service and may include travel to customer job sites when required.

What you'll do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and order parts
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors when required
• troubleshoot equipment at the shop and customer locations
• set up and operate equipment
• document work
• assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery
• help train lower-level technicians as needed.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours. The role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation. Per diem may be available for qualifying travel assignments. EPA 608 certification is preferred or must be obtainable within 6–12 months.
