What you'll do

• Make outbound calls and texts to new and existing leads
• follow up with internet leads and previous customers
• set qualified appointments for the sales team
• use the CRM database to reactivate older opportunities
• generate leads through Facebook Marketplace and social media
• create and post local marketing content
• respond to incoming leads
• help develop referral and grassroots marketing opportunities
• track calls, leads, appointments, and results in the CRM
• work remotely and in-store as needed.
