The Receptionist role is an onsite, full-time position in Hayes, VA. The stated pay range is $16–$18 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet visitors and patients in person and by phone
• answer or refer inquiries
• collect and balance cash
• perform clerical work, filing, correspondence, and electronic file organization
• cover phones
• maintain visitor security procedures and logbook
• coordinate patient appointments
• communicate relevant information to supervisors
• manage receivables, payables, and deposits
• process intakes and upload documents to the electronic health record
• coordinate with billing for private insurance.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays 5:00 AM–9:30 AM; local travel up to 10% may be required.
