What you'll do

• Oversee staffing, reservations, guest services, and the overall guest experience
• lead, coach, and mentor restaurant staff
• address guest feedback
• collaborate with culinary staff on food quality and presentation
• manage budgets, costs, revenue, and inventory
• oversee wine and beverage offerings with the sommelier
• enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
• plan special events and promotions
• coordinate staff training and vendor relationships.
