The Revit Specialist role is onsite in Arlington, VA, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation is not specified. Ayoroa Simmons provides building information modeling, GIS integration, and reality-capture services supporting facility management, operations, and modernization programs. The specialist converts legacy CAD and MicroStation documentation into Revit-based building models, improving the accuracy and long-term usefulness of facility information for operations, maintenance, renovations, and capital planning. The role also supports model quality, records management, and coordination with project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Create, update, and maintain 3D Revit models
• convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files into LOD 300+ models
• use field information, redlines, as-builts, and record drawings
• integrate LIDAR point clouds and field verification data
• support architectural, structural, and facility-system modeling, including MEP-related development where applicable
• support templates and BIM standards
• conduct model QA/QC
• maintain metadata and version control
• index project files
• respond to model and drawing service requests
• prepare model views and exports
• assist with training and knowledge sharing.
