The analyst reviews and negotiates contract terms, identifies commercial risks, and manages documents through drafting, execution, and compliance monitoring. By translating legal obligations into operational guidance and coordinating with legal, insurance brokers, and project leads, the role helps protect the firm’s interests and move projects toward delivery.

What you'll do

• Review, redline, and negotiate terms in professional services agreements, master service agreements, work orders, NDAs, consultancy contracts, and supply contracts
• identify liabilities and recommend modifications
• manage contract drafting, review, execution, and compliance monitoring
• liaise with legal, insurance brokers, and project leads
• help refine contract management systems and internal policies.
