Psychiatry Area Sales Manager - Los Angeles is an onsite position. The salary range is $180,000 - $210,000 with eligibility for a sales incentive target of $52,500. Lundbeck is a global biopharmaceutical company focusing exclusively on brain health. This role is responsible for leading, developing, and managing a diverse, high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals for promoted products within the psychiatry portfolio.

What you'll do

• Leading People: Achieve business objectives by coaching Account Managers, establishing a collaborative team culture, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. Knowing the Business: Guide identification of market systems of care, patient flow, and reimbursement
• identify strategic relationships. Managing Execution: Set product knowledge and selling skills standards, monitor marketing plan execution, analyze sales reports, and maintain communication.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience

External Candidates: Minimum of 3+ years sales management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical’s, Biologics or related experience. Internal Candidates: Minimum of 1 year of Commercial experience or 2 years consistent sales success within Lundbeck.
