The Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist — Outpatient Clinic role is based onsite in Sarasota, FL, with an option to provide 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment. Compensation is $75–$80 per billable hour. Harmony United Psychiatric Care provides outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits. The clinician provides psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions, and may provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing. The role contributes to individualized patient care through psychotherapy or testing services, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, patient and family education, and compliant documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with mental health conditions
• provide psychotherapy and counseling
• neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing is optional
• choose to provide psychotherapy and counseling only, testing only, or a combination
• collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
• provide psychoeducation to patients and families
• document services according to company policies
• maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and development.

Why this role

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and a Florida license or progress toward one required; neurocognitive and neuropsychological testing experience and outpatient experience preferred; independent contractor schedule allows the clinician to choose working hours; offices are open Monday–Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments, with telemedicine availability Friday–Sunday.
